Join guest chef Maria Piscitelli (@trattoria.16) at the HUMBERSTONE kitchen studio for a hands-on pasta-making experience. Maria teaches guests how to make home-made pasta highlighting old world Italian traditions. In Maria’s class you will:
Learn the secrets to homemade pasta; specifically fettuccine.
Get hands-on with kneading, rolling & shaping
Enjoy your creation with a delicious homemade tomato sauce
Take home recipes to recreate the magic!
Enjoy an Italian antipasto and finish off the night with an elegant tiramisu dessert.

This hands-on classes will be held in the HUMBY’s front kitchen studio.
Classes begin at 6:30 pm, end at approx 9 pm and will include both a hands-on component and dining experience.
Ticket prices are $95 per guest + HST.
Wine and spirits can be purchased the night of. Guests are welcome to bring wines of their choice with a corking fee of $20/per 750ml bottle.
Cancellation policy: Cancellations cannot be accommodated within 48 hours of the class start time but you may transfer your tickets to another guest. If a cancellation is requested prior to the 48 hours, ticket prices will be refunded less a 5% ticketing fee.
